The upcoming Lok Sabha elections are just a week away and the battle between political parties is ramping day by day. Amidst a series of poll campaigns and filing nominations, political parties are making their best efforts to woo voters in the country.

Recently, West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress launched a new music video today as a part of party’s campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

The music video was ‘shared’ by Mamata on all her social media channels – Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Instagram.

The 2 minute 30 second video showcases the peace, harmony and progress in Bengal, in contrast to the atmosphere of fear and violence (and no progress) prevailing in other parts of the country.

On her Facebook page, Mamata Banerjee wrote, “I am very happy to share the new music video “Maa, Mati, Manush” for the forthcoming Lok Sabha Elections.

With 42 Lok Sabha seats, the state will vote in seven phases.

Launching a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Trinamool Congress last week had launched a web series titled ‘Pradhan Mantri Hisab Do’. The video showed the comparison of the various welfare schemes of the PM Modi’s government at the Centre with the TMC government in the West Bengal.

The first episode of the web series began with a short film comparing the state government’s ‘Sabooj Sathi’ with the Central government’s ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ scheme.
