Actor Amitabh Bachchan wrote ‘’I must retire.. the head is thinking something else and the fingers another’’ in his blog.

Amitabh Bachchan has joined the crew of ‘Brahmastra’ in Manali. The actor on his way to his hotel penned down his thoughts in his blog and hinted at taking retirement from movies.

The 75-year-old actor wrote “Tranquil .. essence of the freshness .. the winter feel, the purity hopefully of the air .. and a rest after 5 am to now ..  there is great humility and joy of felicitations en route .. the simplicity of the smaller town reigns supreme .. as does the generous hospitality …we can never match their honesty and simplicity ..  thank you all those stopovers on the way here .. a ride of almost 12 hours by car on roads under repair and roads of great smoothness and finesse ..another new environs and another readjustment to room and its accouterments.. I must retire .. the head is thinking something else and the fingers another .. its a message ..”

Amitabh took some time from his busy schedule to enjoy the beauty of Manali in winter. The actor also mentioned about the simplicity and generosity a small town has to offer. The Don fame actor traveled in a car for almost 12 hours.

The Shehesha of Bollywood while talking about the tranquillity and simplicity of life, also expressed how his body is sending signs to slow down and take rest.  The actor recently completed 50 years in Bollywood.

Amitabh is shooting for Ayan Mukherjee’s upcoming movie ‘Brahmashtra’. The movie also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in lead roles.

According to reports, the actor after wrapping up the shooting in Manali will travel to a foreign location in December for another project.
