Owing to the increasing number of novel coronavirus cases in India, gyms and fitness studios have been shut in several cities till March 31. While social distancing is recommended in these times, among the activities that may suffer is daily workout.
Katrina Kaif shared a series of videos, in which she and her fitness instructor Yasmin Karachiwala can be seen doing some workout routines which can be easily practiced at home amidst the coronavirus outbreak in the country.
Kaif uploaded a post on her Instagram where she shared step-by-step tips and schedules for exercising at home.
“#WorkoutatHome. Can’t go to the gym so sharing the workout that Yas and I did at home. Stay safe and be active if u can,” Kaif captioned the post.
In the series of videos, Katrina can be seen working out on her terrace. In the first clip, she talked about how it is important to stay active and exercise at home amid the coronavirus outbreak.
