At a time when Mumbai is drenched in heavy rainfall, a video of a two-wheeler being pulled out from a manhole has left many people fuming.

In the video, a man is seen struggling to pull the vehicle out while many join to help him out.
Netizens who have watched the video have hit out at Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for their lack of preparedness during the rains.
However, BMC, through its official Twitter handle has responded saying that the viral clip was not from Mumbai.

Heavy rainfall in the trade capital has been witnessed in the recent days, killing hundreds through the carnage.
Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has also predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall in Konkan, Goa and north Madhya Maharashtra regions as well as Mumbai in the present week.
