President Trump recently took to Twitter in expressing his excitement on his maiden visit to India and his meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

A month after Mark Zuckerberg, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Facebook said, President Trump is No. 1 on Facebook, in a tweet, Trump said, “Great honor, I think? Mark Zuckerberg recently stated that “Donald J. Trump is Number 1 on Facebook. Number 2 is Prime Minister Modi of India.” Actually, I am going to India in two weeks. Looking forward to it!”

It was announced this week, Donald Trump and Melania Trump are scheduled to visit India on February 24 and 25 at the invitation of Prime Minister Modi.
Earlier this week, Trump stated that PM Modi has mentioned that “millions and millions of people would welcome him from the airport to the cricket stadium.”
President Trump will be welcomed by lakhs of people in Ahmedabad, where the two leaders will be delivering speeches in Motera stadium, announced as the largest cricket stadium in the world.
This is, however, not the first time US President has claimed him to be No. 1 on Facebook.
In an interview with CNBC TV, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Trump said: “I’m No.1 on Facebook, you know who’s no.2? Modi from India”.
Government officials are tight-lipped about anything besides making remarks in the recent past that the two countries are on the verge of a trade package or a mini trade deal.
