National Conference (NC) leader and former J&K CM Omar Abdullah on Thursday challenged the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) General Secretary Ram Madhav over his comment that NC and People Democratic’s Party (PDP) boycotted local body polls last month because they had “instructions from across the border”.

Ram Madhav was speaking about the Governor’s Satya Pal Malik who dissolved the state assembly after two parties had announced that they want to form government.

Madhav’s comment made Abdullah furious and dared Ram Madhav to prove that his party is working on Pakistan’s orders.

This spruced up a twitter war between the two leaders. Madhav’s replied Abdullah’s tweet by commenting that he wasn’t questioning about his ‘patriotism’.
