In good news for Hyderabadis, especially biryani lovers, the famous Paradise Biryani has made it to the “Limca Book of Records 2019”.

For the first time ever the world famous biryani outlet, Paradise Food Court bagged the ‘Restaurant Serving Best Biryani Award’ at the Asia Food Congress held in Mumbai recently.

The restaurant entered the Limca Book of Records 2019 for having sold the most number of biryani in a calendar year. The eatery recorded 70,44,289 biryani servings.

In the same event, Paradise food Court Chairman Ali Hemati was also honoured with ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ for his contribution food, restaurant, and hospitality sector.

Paradise Food Court CEO, Gautam Gupta, said, “Entering the Limca Book of Records and being rated as the Restaurant Serving Best Biryani by the Asia Food Congress gives us twin joy, and is a testament to the love our loyal customers shower on us.”

For over 66 years, Paradise which is an integral part of Hyderabad culture and its culinary uniqueness has been the destination for every occasion and celebration irrespective of the season.

The restaurant only recently won the ‘Swiggy Public Choice for Biryani – Delivery’ award and the Telangana State Hotels Association (TSHA) ‘Pride of Hyderabad’ award. The prestigious Wall Street Journal has also rated the Paradise Biryani as the ‘Best Hyderabadi Biryani’.
