Waterlogging during rains brings the city to a virtual standstill with heavy traffic stranded at various locations making it difficult to the commuters. Last week half an hour of water logging at Shilparamam near Cyber Towers led to congestion at Kothaguda, Botanical Gardens and Gachibowli for nearly three hours.
