India’s Ace sprinter Hima Das won her fifth gold in a month after she won the 400m race in Prague on Sunday.
On her way to the gold, Hima was clocked at her season-best timing of 52.09 seconds. Hima’s career-best timing in her pet race of 400m is 50.79, which she recorded at the Asian Games last year.
She won gold in her first competitive 200m race of the year after being clocked at 23.65 seconds at the Poznan Athletics Grand Prix in Poland on July 2nd.
On July 7th, the 19-year-old runner had clocked 23.97 seconds on her way to gold at the Kutno Athletics Meet in Poland.
After that, Hima Das won her third 200m gold at the Kladno Athletics Meet in the Czech Republic on July 13th.
Hima Das won her fourth gold after she won the 200m race with a time of 23.25 seconds at the Tabor Athletics Meet in the Czech Republic on July 18th.
After Winning her 5th gold in a month, Hima posted a picture through her twitter handle.

However, Hima has failed to qualify for the World Championships which starts in September.
In the men’s event, National record holder Muhammad Anas also won a gold medal in 45.40 seconds in 400m race. Anas, Just like Hima also clinched gold at the Kladno Athletics meets on July 13.
