Former England skipper Michael Vaughan was criticized for calling Test pitches in India as boring.

Vaughan said that Test match pitches in India offer skewed affairs.

He made the comments during the ongoing Test between India and South Africa.

Test Match Cricket pitches in India are boring … The first 3/4 days the contest is far too in favour of the Bat … needs more action for the bowler … My thought of the day … #INDvSA,” Vaughan Tweeted.

But Indian cricket fans did not take the comments lightly and slammed Vaughan with their replies on social media.

Hosts India dominated day 2, declaring on 601/5 just after the departure of Jadeja.

Virat Kohli remained unbeaten on 254.

South Africa came on to bat just before stumps and lost three quick wickets.
