Liverpool on Wednesday (local time) defeated West Ham 2-0 here at the London Stadium to go 19 points clear at the top of Premier League table with 14 matchdays to go.

Mohammed Salah netted from the spot in the first half before turning up provider for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, in the second half.

With this result, Liverpool have now defeated every Premier League side this season- the first time they’ve ever achieved this feat in a top-flight season.

The Reds are now unbeaten in each of their last 41 games, with only Arsenal (49 in Oct 2004) and Nottingham Forest (42 in Nov 1978) possessing a longer unbeaten run.

Since thrashing Bournemouth 4-0 at home last month, the Hammers are now winless in each of their last 4 Premier League fixtures.

After a cut-to-cut opening 30 minutes at the London Stadium, Liverpool took the lead after Roberto Firmino was manhandled inside the box before Salah converted the spot-kick.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain then doubles their lead just after the break when Salah played him in and he calmly beat Fabianski from close range.

Alisson then denied Declan Rice before Trent Alexander-Arnold’s clearance bounced back off the post.

Salah could’ve doubled his tally for the night, only for the crossbar to deny Liverpool a third.

Liverpool will now take on Southampton in the Premier League on Saturday.
