Arsenal were held to a draw by second-bottom Norwich City in the Premier League on Sunday while mid-table sides Wolverhampton Wanderers and Sheffield United also shared spoils.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang netted twice as Arsenal salvaged a point in 2-2 draw at Carrow Road against newly-promoted Norwich City.
While at Molineux, Wolves played out in a 1-1 draw with Sheffield United, after Lys Mousset had given the visitors an early lead.
Arsenal fought back twice after Norwich had taken the lead twice, scoring twice in the first half.
Aubameyang had equalised from the spot after the penalty was retaken, initially denied by Krul. The Gabonese international then doubled his tally on the night, scoring from Mushtafi’s rebound.
Since joining Arsenal in January 2018, no one has scored more goals for the Gunners than the former Borussia Dortmund striker.
This result means Arsenal are now winless in six Premier League games, their worse run since August 2011 (also six).
Norwich, on the other hand, has avoided back to back defeats in the Premier League for the first time this season.
In their next match, Arsenal will host Brighton on Friday (local time) while Norwich will be at Southampton on Thursday.
Meanwhile, in all mid-table clash, sixth place Wolves salvaged a point at home against seventh-placed Sheffield United.
French striker Lys Mousset had given the Blades a second-minute lead, cancelled out by Matt Doherty’s header in the 64th minute.
Wolves will now entertain West Ham on Wednesday while Sheffield will also be at home against Newcastle United.
