Today is the big day for all the cricket fans across the country as the hype for the biggest rivalries in the sports world- India Vs Pakistan- will take place at Old Trafford in Manchester, England.
Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan has joined this league of madness. On the occasion of Father’s Day, Shahrukh Khan shared a picture with his son Aryan Khan. Not just that, he gave it a Cricket World Cup spin with a hint of The Lion King.
Sharing the picture on twitter, Shahrukh wrote the caption, “Ready for the match with the spirit of #FathersDay. Go India Go!!”

The picture features father-son duo showing their back towards the camera. The two are also seen wearing customized blue coloured Indian cricket jersey.
The jersey of Shahrukh says Mufasa while Aryan’s son carries the name Simba- the two characters are from the iconic animated movie The Lion King.
Shahrukh Khan, who owns cricket franchises in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and Caribbean Premier League (CPL), never leaves a moment to show his love for cricket.
Most of us are hyped about today’s India Vs Pakistan World Cup clash. This will be India’s seventh match with Pakistan in the World Cups. India has encountered Pakistan for six times in the World Cup tournament so far and the Men in Blue have emerged victorious in all the six clashes.
The match is expected to begin at 3 pm if rain doesn’t play spoilsport as many matches in the past week have been called off due to rainy weather conditions in England. India’s match with New Zealand on 13 June was abandoned at Nottingham for the same reason.
Talking about the work front, Shahrukh Khan was last seen in Zero which released in December 2018. He is yet to announce his next project.
